Been calling and emailing for a week to make changes and have questions no answer or reply .. phone go to voicemail and can’t leave messages
First year of service was not bad. Communication was made with no problems adding drivers and trucks. When renewal started getting close I expressed that we should look for cheaper policies now. Fallyn assured me she would start looking 1 month before policy expires. I never heard back from her or the office after that. It left me to go talk to Progressive myself and work my policy where I could still afford it and still have the proper coverage for my business needs. Not at all happy with the level of service received from Total Trucking! I bound the policy on July 5th and haven’t been able to make contact with my agent since! The only phone number available goes straight to voicemail. There is no option to leave a message because the mailbox is full. I sent an email to my agent and no reply horrible service so far. Stop with the spam calls already. I’m all set with insurance and will never work with you.
