Great staff, huge selection of stock
This morning started off incredibly tough after a very negative and traumatic experience at a local business where my Yard Manager and I were verbally abused by the owner. Not long after, I walked into Total Tools Hervey Bay and was greeted with the complete opposite — genuine kindness and exceptional customer service. A huge thank you to Mick for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, respect, and care completely turned my day around. It was a great reminder of how powerful positive customer service can be.
