I wish I could give Total Waterproofing zero stars. After my parents hired them for a waterproofing job, we discovered a persistent leak almost immediately. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them for help, they have completely ghosted us. It feels like we� ve been scammed! The lack of accountability is shocking, and now we� re left with the same problem my parents initially paid them to fix. Save your money and your sanity� look elsewhere for reliable service!

Brian went above and beyond to help me and my family. Responded quickly, made time in his schedule to come out the same day to inspect and treated this job as if he were doing it for his own home or his own family. I appreciated how personal he took it and cant thank him enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Brian sealed 6 moist areas in my basement. On a Sunday I called re: a 7th area where I noticed some moisture. He called back & asked me to email a picture, & he was here on Monday to take care of it. He seems very knowledgable about the business & is very conscientious about making things right.
Brian was very good and explaned his activity as he went along.
The owner Brian is very knowledge, he explained step by step everything that was being done and why. I am pleased with the work that was done and the price was reasonable.
