Really liked the techs that came to my house very courteous and wore booties to keep my floors from getting dirty / the office always calls ahead and schedules a time to come and service the air conditioner in the summer and the furnace in the fall. I always feel comfortable having them in my home. We’ve had our system for 12 years with no problems.
Great company! They go above and beyond for HVAC needs in the Treasure Valley
One week without A/C! They came out one week ago and took the $149.95 service call fee and told me that more repairs were necessary. I called them on Monday to ask what was going on. It's Thursday now, it's over 90 degrees outside and they still haven't contacted me to fix my A/C. Now that I have wasted one week with Total System Service I need to find a new A/C company.
