Came for suspension work and an alignment, great work done by great people.
Was referred to this shop by my long time mechanic friend and had a disappointing experience. A tire alignment which should have taken an hour and a half took 2 and a half hours. They didn't apologize for my lost time and I was late to work because of this. When I asked for an alignment report with pictures, the guy asked me "WHY?" as if it was an outrageous question. If you pay cash, they won't give you a receipt so you won't have any proof of work done or be able to go back if there are any issues. Worst of all, I overhear... read more
