They got me in quickly when I injured my shoulder recently, and I got a relatively good prognosis. Wait wasn't bad. Could fill all the forms out online before going to the office. Visit was short, but informative.
Drs are ok. PRESCRIPTION PROCESS IS NOT! two days later is when you can expect them to notify your pharmacy about any prescription. I can’t believe you have to wait that long for anti inflammatory or pain medication, unbelievable. Calling multiple times and people don’t even listen to you, just transfer you to an extension that goes to a machine…
I loved my consultation visit with Dr. Sarna. He’s very knowledgeable about his non-invasive spinal surgery approaches and gave me real honest opinion on my situation and recommended I need to go for fusing instead of the minimally invasive approach he offers. I trusted his honest opinion and no making me go the non-invasive route only to find out later that I should’ve gone for fusing instead. The team was courteous and supportive.
