I'll give 4-stars to Dr. Hamzavi who saw me during 5/12/2023 but negative 3 stars to the staff & billing department. After prepaying for that appointment, they over-inflated my claim for just a sit-down visit. And billing still owed me $150+ in overpayment (after insurance) to this day and I have the documents to prove it. I first went there a week ago and saw Dr Lombardo. He reviewed my imaging and determined that I had two torn meniscus as well as a torn ACL. He told me that he wanted to try physical therapy, and if that didn't work to proceed with a full knee replacement. I explained to him that I was in a lot of pain and he prescribed me something called meloxicam. He also gave me a cortisone shot.
