I would not recommend Dr. Khandaker to my friends and family and here is why. When I went to get an annual exam, her phlebotomist was inexperienced and ended up collapsing my vein. I have never had issues with blood draws in the past, so this was not a common thing I have experienced. She was adding pressure and wiggling the needle in my arm and it ended up doing damage that when she said she could try again, I told her no. Horrible service the lady in the front desk can be very rude, The MD is so unprofessional I’m never going back again I don’t recommend this place .
My first appointment when I was skinny, was fine. The next appointment when I had gained weight, she gasped at my chart when she saw how much I weighed. She then scared me and had me tested because my white blood cell count was high. She never offered any explanation. She then sent me to cbcc where they also didn't know why they were high. For months I was stressed out and scared I had cancer. It wasn't until yesterday that I was diagnosed with hs that causes elevated white blood cells. Dr Khandaker always been there when I need her very concerned..and professional
The person in the front desk has the worst attitude. I’m asking questions just to clarify but I end up getting a loud sigh through the phone. Every single time that I call them or interact with the person in the front desk, they seem to not care or like me at all. I’ve always showed them respect and been polite to them but I don’t know what’s wrong with that front desk person. I wasn’t trying to be difficult. I’m just asking for clarity since I have to be in charge of my family member’s health, paper work, and etc
