Dealing with Total RV has been the most disappointing experience we have ever had with an RV service business. Their business ethics and integrity leave much to be desired. I contacted Total RV in early May about fixing 2 issues with our motorhome. Total RV had the vehicle for most of May and June, giving constant excuses for not completing the work by the promised date. I contacted them to come out to give us a quote on leveling our trailer and also repair our leaks. Rob came out within a few days and gave us a quote. They were out within a week to level the trailer and explained what they were using and why. After leveling the trailer our leak stopped. We still had them come out to seal the roof. Have a leak in my tip out when it rains. Just started recently. I contacted Total Rv and they would call me when they had someone available to come look at my trailer, $85 for the assessment, if they did the work it would be deducted from my bill, all sounded reasonable. No one contacted me! After more than a week I called them and got a voicemail where I left a message as to my disappointment that no one had called me. Still no call. Leak is worse now with all the rain. Total RV is no good, full stop!
