Total restoration was a total lifesaver! When our dishwasher flooded our home and the downstairs neighbors, we called for a second opinion after a less than stellar interaction with a different company. Zeb was friendly, efficient and made us feel comfortable that we weren’t being upsold. Would recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy restoration expert :)
Today I had two employees from Kamloops branch they were Zed and Jackie! I am very grateful for these two wonderful workers…..they were fast efficient and friendly! They cleaned up a sewer backup was not a very nice job…..they smiled and worked fast and thorough! I hope I don’t require your assistance again but if and when I do I will be calling Total Restoration again! I will also recommend this company to anyone who needs help! Thank you very much again
Total Restoration is a great company to do business with. Their representative, Matt, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous at all times. This was the first time we had dealt with them and we were impressed with the way Matt handled everything. He showed up within 20 minutes. He did a thorough inspection after which he provided us with Information on how our damage could be dealt with. I was very impressed with the prompt (they were here within the hour of calling) efficient, courteous and very caring service after our water damage. P-trap cracked and partially flooded our basement. Zeb and Cody were awesome. They were fast clearing the area of furniture and getting the fans/dryers working immediately.
