I picked up a c pad on Thursday April 26th slept with it for four nights each night after waking up I had a headache and jaw pain and last night I had major chest pains from pulled muscles in the chest I returned the seat pad after seeing my doctor for prescription to fix the problem and they told me I need to sign a document indicating that I return the device against Dr recommendation it's physically is harming me and that's against Dr recommendation this company shouldn't be in business
Do NOT use this place. Very poor communication skills, poor customer service, no follow through. They are not even worth one star.
I like them especially Jeff and Barbara Jeff will always answer the phone and he knows what is going on very knowledge able
