Terrible experience at this shop. I left my car for a tire change, and they charged me $100 for lug nuts, but the real problem is they didn’t properly check anything. When I drove off, my car was wobbling, and the tires weren’t even properly pressurized—they never bothered to fill them. After spending the weekend without my car and paying for rides, I returned to find out the alignment was wrong, and they said my rims weren’t even compatible with my car. If I could provide a zero star I would! Called to book in a tire swap and was told to leave the vehicle with them, stated this was not an option for me they said no problem just come in tomorrow morning! I was specifically told to come in the next day for 7:30 am and that my car would be serviced. I specifically asked if my car would be taken in at 7:30 am as I needed to be at work and if this could not be accommodated please let me know the straight answer was yes and not to worry!!!
