I’ve been coming here to get basic services done for a couple of years oil changes/ tires. Recently I encountered an issue where I dropped my car off for an oil change. Shuba whom I always thought was a nice and honest gentlemen called me and let me know the drain plug was “too rusted to remove” and slightly stripped. I visited TQ Auto Care for the first time for an inspection on the recommendation of a Korean friend. My car has 117,000 km on it. They said that I need to replace the front shock absorbers, rear brake rotors, pads, and brake clippers. I found out that the brake rotors were rusted and not functioning properly.
