American Home Shield assigned this contractor to us as a second opinion on some breakers that AHS refused to replace because they claim they are "wiring" and not covered under our home warranty. Normally the contractor calls me to make the appointment but I never heard from this one. Checked the AHS site and it now says "Call Contractor to make appointment" It's never said that before. I experienced the exact same problem as Ryoki. Thru AHS I was supposed to call TQS which had never happened before. I was always contacted by the service company. Finally got in contact with TQS and they said they'd have the scheduler call me back. Never a call back and so I contacted AHS and they contacted TQS who apologized profusely calling back to set a Monday appt between 10-12 with a 30 minute prior to arrival call.
