Updated review 10/29/2025 Still waiting on any movement on this claim after 4 months. Both TQL and the underwriter refuse to respond to messages or phone calls in any semblance of a reasonable timeframe. When they do, it's a week later with a request for you to provide information as an intermediary with the other. What a pathetic way to conduct business. I've been working with TQL for about 8 years and always maintained a good relationship. Unfortunately, they blocked my MC for very minor issues, which is disappointing. Not a fair way to treat carriers who have supported them for years.

Nobody ever sent me a message after a month. I'm giving this company a 1 star rating for failure to communicate. Failure to provide adequate packaging of my load, of which 45% was damaged. Updated Review: 8/28/2025 Changing to a 2 star review. After asking for information over the last month with 0 results from email to 2 different individuals. As of this post I will not be using this group to ship freight for me again. They're quick to get your business, but slow to respond when things don't go well. If I don't hear anything back from them in the next week I'll be giving them a solid 1 star rating.
