My full review will be delivered after I actually have some action on the damaged shipment I received and how it is handled by TQL. Right now I'm giving them a 3 because of the slow response to the damage report. But 60% of my shipment was damaged due to negligence by their rigger failing to be bothered to shrink wrap solar panels before loading the truck allowing load shift and major damages to my shipment.
Hello, I have not received a receipt showing where the money was properly spent. I received a hand typed email making up prices with no receipt that I keep asking to be sent. TQL have kept a check and contact my insurance to file a claim. I have ask to speak to a supervisor and have not heard back and when I try contact the broker she hangs the phone up or puts me on hold to some else.
I've seen similar comments, they spam me relentlessly. Different people, similar incoming numbers and in spite of being told numerous times to remove me from their call list they call 2-3 times a week. For years. Totally unacceptable.
