I have been in the transportation industry since 2020 TQL has got to be one of the worst brokers I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I got 2 loads this week from TQL received rate conformation and everything. First load they said customer now wants a Conestoga trailer which is fine that happens but the second load I dead head almost 4 hours away to make this pickup in Indiana. Hi, truck drivers! I’m thoroughly disappointed with TQL’s service. They have consistently been misleading about appointment times, load weights, and even the actual locations for pickups and deliveries. It’s been a recurring pattern of misinformation and dishonesty, and frankly, it's unacceptable. If you’re looking for reliability and transparency, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. It looks like that only liars working here!!!🤬🤬🤬
