If there was a lower rating option, I would choose it. After using TQL for 10+ shipments, I had a shipment that arrived damaged. Pictures were taken immediately and a claim was made with TQL. I dealt with at least 5 different people taking over this file and mistakes were made on submitting the value of the shipment and the claim did not even cover 25% of the shipment value. TQL would not even cover the shipment of the replacement shipment. I will never use this company again. Pay a little more and get someone who cares abou... read more
