Great broker with a local presence. Particularly recommend Brandt. He has helped me out several times when I was in a real bind. Excellent, high quality work!
A reputable company with good service would not need to spam phone calls begging for work
Worst company ever. I have been lied to now 3 times in a row. And the last time I sat for 3hr for someone to show up and sign. I told the guy I was dealing with of course but nothing was said. Also 8ft turned into 15ft. Don’t deal with TQL!!!!!! Absolutely garage
They are the WORST broker around. We had not used them on over 2 years and decided to try them today. Took a load to deliver straight thru with no appointment time. Site opened at 7am they started loading at 736. Left pick up at 803 arrived at the delivery site at 1036 82 miles away. Called broker to advise that site was telling us there was going to be a 2hr delay. I was expecting detention. The broker then said we missed our appointment time of 8am and they hv no way to verify and would not pay detention. Work with them at... read more
