If there was a lower rating option, I would choose it. After using TQL for 10+ shipments, I had a shipment that arrived damaged. Pictures were taken immediately and a claim was made with TQL. I dealt with at least 5 different people taking over this file and mistakes were made on submitting the value of the shipment and the claim did not even cover 25% of the shipment value. A reputable company with good service would not need to spam phone calls begging for work
Worst company ever. I have been lied to now 3 times in a row. And the last time I sat for 3hr for someone to show up and sign. I told the guy I was dealing with of course but nothing was said. Also 8ft turned into 15ft. Don’t deal with TQL!!!!!! Absolutely garage
