We switch over to Total after our old management company was sold to Diversified which was a complete disaster! We have been through quite a few PMs with Total but finally have a keeper! Joey Marin is meticulous, attentive and a pleasure to work with. I finally feel like we are being heard and things are happening.

Marissa is a godsend!! She was so helpful when I was requesting a custom condo questionnaire to purchase a property.
