Recently bought a property under Total Property Management. Just received mail re: notice of intent to lien because of an overdue membership assessment payment (HOA quarterly payment) along with an late fee + a substantial lien fee; however, this initial payment was never sent via mail in the first place so was unaware of this payment in the first place.
