This company is not registered with the BBB. Husband and I applied after the rep stated there were no other applicants. We paid two $45 dollar app fees 2 weeks ago and we never heard from anyone again despite repeated attempts to contact them.
I too submitted an application and never heard back from them despite a few calls asking for updates.
I have had the same issue as everyone else. How can you feel comfortable about putting an application in on a place without seeing it and when all the reviews say that even after putting one in you don't hear back from them! I've tried multiple ways of getting a hold of this company to ask questions about a rental property with no luck. It's too bad...I was ready to pay 6 months rent upfront.
Edit: They answered my email, but it was about applying online first. So I would like to look at a place and do a walk through before I spend my hard earned money on something I am not sure I want to rent or not. They have not answered any emails about viewing a place to rent, no way to leave a phone message. Not sure how they expect to run a business and get customers that way.
