They never answer their phone, maintenance took forever to fix minor issues. Told them i had mold in my unit but they didn’t care and never sent anyone to come fix it. They try their hardest to keep your deposit & not this is not a fake review & i do not owe them a dime in rent they relieved their full amount via sdhc i have the receipts to prove it. They’ll do whatever in their power to keep ur deposit.

We were scheduled to do a service clean at one of the properties and the house was NOT ready. I then emailed and called to speak to Letty about the need to reschedule and the trip fee that was going to be applied. To this date I have not been paid.
