Horrible - don't repsond and don't care -
Unbelievably unprofessional! – I would give it no stars if I could. We own and unfortunately our building uses this unprofessional company. They are incredible rude, you can call them and they yell at you, and they lie left and right. Nothing gets done in a timely manner. And forget about it if you have an emergency. You have to beg to get stuff done.
worse management company – If you are in the process of looking for a management company my only advice will be to stay away from this company. What led me to write this review today is the outcome of countless bad experiences with this company. you can't rely on them at all even in emergency situations.
Very Unprofessional – They are sooooooo unrprofessional and unfriendly. When you call they sound so misaeable like if your bothering them.....HELLO you work there .....When something goes wrong in my apartment i dread to call becasue of the way they handle the call. Very poor customer service. They are not updated with anything no email, scanner, etc your lucky you have a # to call them. But just know they are always in a terrible mood. Its a shame they're always like this. They need to take some customer services courses.
Terrible management – Be very careful, they never listen to requests.. even if its mold growing in the basement, or simple things.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM – The worst renting experience ever. When I moved in the front door was broken, it didn't close all the way and the bolt was broken, there was an illegal light fixture in one of the bedrooms, and the bathroom sink leaked. I was assured a new door would be installed, the light replaced, and the sink fixed. It took almost 3 months to get the sink fixed and a year and a half later I was still waiting for a new door and light fixture. 2 months after moving in, my gas bill was outrageous.
