DON"T EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK ANYTIME SOON AFTER MOVING OUT. My husband and I lived in a house we rented through Total Property Management for 2 years. Their service was excellent and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues. However, it has been EIGHT WEEKS since we moved out and we have yet to receive our $1000 deposit back. We PCS'd to Germany and I fully believe this company has taken advantage of the fact that we cannot easily return to get our deposit.
