Horrible place and service is rediculous. Billed $5000 for a couple of tests...now they want $300 more. Tried to pay online...error code comes up.....tried to literally call them....busy phone for days. This place is absurd, simply want to pay a bill and there is no way you can. They bill you rediculously high and their management and customer service is just the same. Dont go here people!
Do not go here. Sent me home with anti-inflammatories I could have gotten over the counter and told me to “rest” (for something I still needed surgery for months later after finally finding a doctor who listened to me). Billed me thousands of dollars for nothing and their “financial assistance department” won’t actually work with you either even after submitting the application multiple times as instructed. They double billed me for my visit and are demanding almost $1000 from me after they already billed my insurance. The same line item appears twice on my bill. The billing department phone always just goes to a busy signal. Be warned that this is not affordable whatsoever. I came in with a sore throat and would have never stepped foot inside if I knew they were going to bill my insurance $6000 and me another $1000 for a covid test, temperature check, and some ibuprofen.
