Crazy disorganized. Not a single person on the administrative staff knows what they are doing.
Surprisingly fast
By far the best er I’ve ever been to all the staff is sweet and so is the doctor she made me feel comfortable I’d highly recommend.
No one wants to go to an Emergency center or Urgent care, but if you have to, Total Point is one of the most professional, expert, and compassionate places you can go. Dr. Papendieck, as well as our nurse and the receptionist were fantastic, good people, who took care of us and provided the best service we could imagine and went above and beyond with their advice, treatment and efficient professionalism.
