I live 20 miles from Total Performance and it's the only place I will take my cars for body and glass work. Both Lisa and Chris gave me honest and clear explanations of my options in getting the repairs done, and I've learned a lot from them regarding the use of substandard parts for repairs that are pushed by the insurance companies. Great company all about taking care of your needs and they do it with style, caring and professionalism.
I started dealing with chris way back in 1985 he was located in pat riccardi's shop. He has always been fair and always did a great job on every car I ever owned from changing an engine in one car to Collison repairs in another and everything in between. What I am trying to say is if you need autobody work done give them a call they won't steer you wrong or rip you off.
I haven't been to her shop yet but I need to go to get the Honda worked on. I know Lisa and I know her work ethics and I am certain I will get the service and quality my little Honda with 340,000 Miles deserves. I can't wait to see with the mechanic say.
