RecommendedLisa and Chris are truly incredible! They are 110% about consumer protection. They fought tooth and nail with our insurance company who only approved our repairs with generic parts. We were not only educated by them on the safety concerns, but when they took our car apart to do repairs they discovered that previous work was done wrong and it could have led to a devastating situation. We will NEVER take our cars anywhere else!
I highly recommend Total Performance Automotive. My car repair was a very complicated situation, but the team advocated for me and ensured that my car was returned to me only once it had been properly repaired to manufacturer standards and was safe for me and my family. Have had both of my cars repaired several times (oops) as well as family members' vehicles. Best work I've ever seen. Highly recommended for precision repair on both minimal & major damage issues.

The experience, customer service, and friendliness of the entire staff was well worth the distance to have my car repaired. The quality of work was flawless. The people are VERY informative. They make sure to keep you in the loop with everything they do. Every part used on my car was directly from the manufacturer. They are very friendly and help you with anything you might possibly need help with from dealing with insurance claims to towing the vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
