I thought about letting this incident go, but if other patients are treated this way, then the company should address the problem. They sorely deserve a zero. I received an ill-fitting Exos brace from Avalanche Physical Therapy, in Frisco, CO. After calling them several times to see what could be done, they flat out refused. They wanted me to make an appointment even though I explained over and over what issue was, that I had already been seen, just please adjust the brace somehow.
