Do not take your vehicle here for gears, I recently had a set fail within 10K miles and after multiple trips back to try and warranty the failed work causing a howling noise and a loose pinion I finally gave up and took my truck to a ford dealership for second opinion which was more money but multiple items were found to be wrong and were well documented such as missing oil slinger, knicks in bearing race seat locations, bad wear on ring and pinion, improper backlash and preloads. Best customer service EVER! I was in a jam with my SUV. And, I was nearby. I had plastic netting completely wrapped around my wheel, and axle. No idea where I picked it up. The nice guy working (didn’t catch his name) immediately came out to take a look, and wedged himself under my car and took it all out. It was wrapped around a lot. I’m so grateful he was there to help - thank you for your kindness.
Great selection of parts ready for view, barcodes and Model ID ready for easy search on the internet. The problem, we walked in ready to purchase rims and tires my wifes jeep, and were told to wait as another customer was talking with the only employee at the counter. We waited about 20min before we had to leave, and on the way out we told the employee we would return, and the customer told us the person he was working with was an everyday person in the shop, then the customer said he wasn't even looking to buy. I spoke with Crash & Don for majority of my time, these guys are awesome! First off, I do not own a truck or jeep but rather a 2019 wrx, and they were more than happy to take me in. I ended up getting pads and rotors done, and they were the most reasonable priced place I have seen, almost ever. Clean shop, tons of parts, and some great dudes to work with! A++ rating to the fellas at Total Offroad!
