I've always had a good experience with Total Op especially these last couple of visits the Dr. and the other staff have been nothing but nice to me with whatever I'm there for annual, or return to work they are cool people and that's my opinion. About the hand washing after I did my urine I was offered the sanitizer and after I finish signing the papers they said I can wash my hands again my experience.
The staff there was caring and considerate. I read that someone was not allowed to wash their hands after the drug test. The first thing they told me when I brought them the cup was "go wash your hands and come back". Not only did they give me my physical but offered advice in certain areas of concern. Great staff and caring staff. Been there a few times and always a great experience.
They were very helpful to my second degree burns to my chest an they helped me .....
