Good experience with Total Motion in last few weeks I was here. My knee feels much better than before. I still need to work on my knee strength, but I think that will be restored over time.

Awesome therapy! – Total Motion has changed my whole thought process about physical therapy and alleviating pain. With an open mind you do the stretches and the exercises and will improvement faster than any other physical therapy I have been to. I really liked the life lessons class and it opened my eyes up to what I could be doing wrong in the other 22 hours in a day. Changed the layout of my office to make it more comfortable.

Total Motion saved me from having a surgery . – About a month and a half ago, a neurosurgeon told me I needed surgery, to have a disc removed from my neck. I was in absolutely excruciating pain. I couldn't and I couldn't get comfort even with medication. I went to see Tom and Chip at Total Motion Physical Therapy and they introduced me to a new method for treating myself.
