Chip has done a great job with me and getting my pain to a very comfortable level. I would recommend Total Motion to anyone with any type of pain. At least try a session with Chip. These exercise methods really work.

Total Motion Physical Therapy is an awesome place to connect with when you need physical therapy. Every session connected towards an excellent recovery. I started therapy on June 20. I was very stiff and in a lot of pain. After working with Chip and Margaret, I have improved so much!! I'm so much more flexible and the pain is very manageable without prescription drugs. I now have the correct exercises I need to do in case of a "re-occurrence" . Thank you Total Motion!!
I liked Margaret & Chip very much. They were both professional and understood my injury and how to begin improving it. I think with home exercise combined with the therapy at Total motion, just about anyone with back, arm, neck or shoulder pain could really benefit from the treatment offered at Total Motion Physical Therapy.
I would tell them that it worked great for me. They do not treat you like you are in boot camp. Now I feel better and know how to stay better. Excellent therapy.
I came in with doubts, since I had done Physical Therapy before, along with going to other doctors, getting x-rays and taking medicines. I'm excited to understand why my back was bothering me and I know how to improve in the future if need be. My mind was blown every time.
Total Motion therapy has helped me a lot. – Going in I was having serious continuous pain in my lower back, left thigh & down my left leg. Left leg was seriously weaker than the right. At this time all of my "continuous pain" is gone. I still get some pain in my left leg & thigh when I stress the leg- Ask it to support weight- step up- press hard against something- but the pain is much less & disappears on relaxing.
