Great group of guys, easy to deal with no pushy sales tactics. Absolutely fantastic service and they took care of my transmission replacement in great time while helping me save a bit of money. Will 100% bring my vehicle back if I ever need further work done
UPDATE Jan 2026: Still one of the very few BMW shops I genuinely trust. I was back again for leaky coolant hoses (a common BMW issue) and a few minor items. Rob and the team at Total Mini & BMW Services once again impressed me. Shout out to Rob. 👍 I had a very unique situation and they were able to get to my car pretty quick for a diagnostic. Very fair pricing and recommended some preventative maintenance I already knew about so I knew they weren’t just trying to get more money out of me. Excellent business with honest and reliable service personnel. Rob the service advisor is great and doesn't mind explaining in layman's terms the complexities of mechanical work and he really seems to go above and beyond to offer superb customer service. No one likes getting mechanic work done on their vehicle but at least I know I will be treated politely and with dignity here.
