Poor customer service, road hazard warranty on tires is a joke. Took almost 3 hours of my car actually being in a bay and "being worked on" to replace 1 barely used tire under road hazard warranty. The other front tire was installed backwards by them and according to them so I had to wait for that to be fixed as well. At the end of the uneccesarily long wait, I get charged a 3rd the cost of a brand new tire for the one "covered" under "warranty" and it was barely used.
