We began looking at places in January 2022, and made an offer on a Total Fixer Upper at the end of that month! It was cheap and on the Thornapple River in a small town. We had trouble with the appraisal of the 1st lender, but Oscar helped me (a 1st-timer), through the steps, and we found another lender and he helped keep my sanity with his wonderful personality! (Que bueño!) Now it’s November 2022, and we’ve still got plenty to do, but we’re so happy with our decision and highly recommend Oscar Rico-Alvarez
Oscar cared! He gave great advice and most importantly secured the loan at a good interest rate with reasonable fees. We would recommend Oscar.
