What a joke this company is. I called to have my appointment rescheduled and the my said they would let the physical therapist know. They never called the physical therapist which showed up to my house at the wrong time. It happened the next appointment too. There is no communication going on with receptionist and physical therapist. Stay away. This company is very flakey!!!!
I had surgery on a Tuesday. The representative came to my home that day and said someone from Axis would be contacting me for set up in home health care. The person never called, so I called the representative to tell he no one had come. She said she'd get on it & find out why no one contacted me.
