My experience with Thai Home Care has been extremely disappointing. There is a serious lack of communication, frequent unanswered calls, and an overall feeling that patient concerns are treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. On several occasions, I was spoken to rudely over the phone. I had to take iron infusion in this place and Jon was very nice and made sure I was comfortable every time I had a visit. He is very friendly and takes care of every patient. I will definitely come back here if I need to.
Everyone at Total Infusion Care was very helpful. I never had to call anyone. They always called me to check on me and schedule my deliveries. The men that delivered always texted me to let me know they were on their way. Very helpful. Theresa was my nurse. She is amazing. She helped make this experience nice and smooth. She always stayed in contact with me. Very thankful for everyone that helped make my experience a good one.
