Honestly, all of your staff has been incredible to me until today. There was a scheduling conflict and the lady that was working around 3:00 p.m. was incredibly rude for no reason, she even criticized her staff. I was treated as if I wasted her time instead of my own...
I would have given more stars, but ever since they got bought out the new way of doing my infusions is terrible! Most of the nurses are great, but the new rules or way they have to do things per the new company are beyond horrible. I am usually there for several hours depending on when they get me my premeds and start my infusion. But now instead of having my 10 bottles of medicine put into a large iv bag and it just do its thing, I now have to have each bottle transfused and changed out. Worse experience ever! After an hour and twenty minutes past appointment time. They got to me. This is after asking if office manager worked on Monday and their name. Overheard receptionist tell another patient that she has to wait at her doctors office. If you stay with a doctor that keeps you waiting over an hour. That’s on you. I fire that doctor, but this is an IV infusion office. Poor scheduling and I’m in a wheelchair I took up all of waiting area. Not even an effort to help me find a better place to wait.
