⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding, Lifesaving Care Over the Years I have been a patient with LUX Infusion for several years now for complex therapies—including IV potassium, IV hydration, TPN, nausea and allergy medications, and antibiotics—and I would give them more than five stars if possible! Worst company ever. Since they got bought by total infusion. Cancelled on me less than 12 hours before my infusion and then blamed me because of their billing issues. I would not recommend them to my pets.
If you can avoid this place do at all cost!!! The nurses are very inexperienced with exception of a few. If you need infusions that last for more than a few hrs you will sit around waiting an hour to two hrs just to get IV before the infusions even get started. Plan on being there 6 hrs or more. The chairs are all broken down, old and worn out. Since Lux infusion took over Total infusion the place is very disorganized and chaotic. The management appears to have no idea what they are doing. Terrible experience quite frankly.
Staff is all super friendly and professional
If I could do no stars I would! Please do yourself the favor and find a better infusion facility. Especially for all my fellow pregnant mamas!!
