The level of service and expertise of the two gentlemen from Total Home Solutions was nothing short of superb. I would give them 6 stars were it possible. They were polite, courteous, quick and incredibly effective. At a time when one questions if Customer Service is truly a thing of the past, Total Home Solutions proves that it is absolutely alive and well in 2023.
Sean and Brett were professional, friendly and timely. Great communication and the finished product looks great! The remote blinds gives more privacy and extends our living space to the outdoors.
