I really enjoyed my experience with Total Home Security. The technicians (son-in-law/father-in-law) team were great. I had given them permission to place the cameras where they thought best, but they always asked my approval before installing. I am pleased with their placement decisions. They arrived when said. Was very knowledgeable and gave me wonderful advice. I was showed how to work the equipment to understanding. The guys were cordial, respectful and friendly. I enjoyed the interaction with them.
