Equipment used seeems To be just ok. Had 4 cameras installed and all are working ok. Phone app to monitor the system is horrible. Always losing connectivity. Have placed several calls to try and schedule service with No calls back from anyone. After many calls and texts with no response I would recommend you stay away from this company. Customer service is horrible, they give you no options for service or follow up if you have issues. Very disappointed in this company. It seems as though they don’t care about the customer.

Customer Service stinks. Total Home Security's technicians installed my cameras. I am very pleased with the service they provided, the problem began when I needed service. One of my cameras stay in the 'No Video' mode continuously. This camera stays out sometimes for a week. I've been contacting Kyle since October 2017, and still at this writing - February 2018, I have not received service. All I've gotten from Kyle is no responds, when he does respond, I get lies. Update: Almost a year later, have had quite a few problems that are still unresolved. I leave vm's, even got Kyle on the phone, once, just to ask him a password for the admin on my DVR, was never instructed on how to even use it. He abruptly blew me off saying he'd call me back. Nope. I wanted additional cameras and the mobile app that was used when it was set up is no longer working, and after researching that app come to find out there were so many security breaches that it is not safe, or working at all anyway. Very unhappy customer. My security system has been put up and works great! But I am unable to get my cell phone set up which was one of the most important items.... I have texted and called. I have been promised numerous times of either stopping out or help over the phone. I have already paid for this security system. So please beware...make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before paying.

I really enjoyed my experience with Total Home Security. The technicians (son-in-law/father-in-law) team were great. I had given them permission to place the cameras where they thought best, but they always asked my approval before installing. I am pleased with their placement decisions. They arrived when said.
