I was referred to Dr Cross 2 1/2 years after knee replacement. He actively listened to my concerns and let me talk without interruption. He asked questions and gave recommendations with details about what I was probably experiencing. Empathetic compassionate
Dr cross is a very knowledgeable dr. Without hesitation he knew exactly what was going on with me. Also his bedside manner was very good. He is compassionate and understanding . He listen to every word and answered all questions. Hopefully my test reports will show something, so we can go forward. I felt very comfortable with him. He didn’t rush me or tell me anything negative. He showed me where my problem is and he is going to address it. Thankyou sr cross. Patricia Richards.

Dr Cross was super nice. Reviewed the xrays and showed the deterioration of my joints. Dr Cross then asked me what I wanted and then explained my options. Dr Cross was recommended by my daughter and I understand why. Thanks so much for a great visit.
