These guys are worthless sacks of human waste. They are scamming AHS but being the size of it, AHS is none the wiser. I was subcontracted out to them a month and half ago by American home shield and it has been nothing buy pulling teeth since. They showed up on the 24th of August. Did nothing, couldn't figure out the issue. Don is incompetent. Every call since from myself, my tenant, and AHS has ended with him lying and not submitting the required paperwork. If you get assigned to them via AHS- immediately request a new contractor. They don’t pick of their phones and will submit tickets that they know will be denied
Sean & Don and team were so great to work with. They were punctual, great communicators, and were even able to save us money. They offer competitive pricing and are very professional. We had tried working with previous AC people and encountered lots of uphill battles - total heating and cooling services came in and got things fixed, and I am so grateful. Highly recommend them!
*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* This is some sub-contractor for American Home Shield. Guy shows up, spends 10 minutes to diagnose the problem(s), says that AHS won't cover most of it because they don't "have a history". How exactly are they supposed to have a history on a new warranty contract that came with the purchase of a new home? Of course, as others have said - once they get out to look the first time, they never answer the call or do any sort of follow up.
