The staff at Total Health Systems is fantastic. Dr Hudson has helped our family so much with our spinal and hip issues. The massage therapists are great too. Emily is who I like to schedule with. My daughters like a couple others too.
Dr. Jen is amazing... I love how thorough she is in both listening to me and my children and adjusting us accordingly. Her laughter is contagious! The office staff here is the bomb! Always accommodating, friendly and efficient. I've also seen physical and massage therapists and haven't been disappointed.
I was bummed out when the Dr I like left to do bigger and better things. But, then I was introduced to Dr Lisa and I love her.
Total Health Systems has been a big part of making me healthier and stronger. Dr. Hudson is knowlegable and consistent, she knows my body and how to assist in healing it.

I highly recommend Total health Systems to anyone on the fence. I have been to other chiropractic offices with marginal results. This place takes the time to treat you as needed and not just a turn and burn practice. Dr. Lisa is amazing!!! I have been treated by her for a little over a month and this is the first time in years I have zero back pain! this place truly works hard to offer real results and not just go through the motions. Thanks THS!
After only 3 weeks my back, hips and hamstrings feel ‘normal’ again! After 8+ rounds of traditional PT over many years...I have NEVER experienced such positive results! I highly recommend this location and their system !
I have been going here for a while now and Dr Hudson is the best!
