I can't speak highly enough of @Laurie Nuyens & the New Leaf Metabolic Testing. I started with NewLeaf in 11/11. In 6 months of utilizing the training program that Laurie has put together for me, I have shaved off 2 minutes per mile on my running events setting 2 new PR's in as many races so far this season.
