I had a great experience at this office. From the receptionist, to the doctor, everybody was so nice and attentive. Highly recommend this location.
CLAIM Fraud! Be aware! UPDATE: The clinic asked me to come back to the office to essentially start the process all over again. I received confirmation from Nicole, the clinic manager, that she would be there to meet with me and collect the missing HPV High Risk test. However, when I arrived, Nicole was not there. I had a very frustrating and stressful experience with Total Health Primary Care. I had a Pap smear performed as part of my visit. The test was ordered as a ThinPrep Pap with reflex testing for high-risk HPV (including HPV 16, 18, and other high-risk types). My insurance claim also shows a charge related to high-risk HPV testing. However, I never received an HPV result. My Pap came back abnormal with LSIL, and I was referred to an OB-GYN. Total fail! Saw the practitioner on 8/12 labs on 8/13 and here we are on 8/31 with no contact from them. The provider hasn’t even reviewed the labs. No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else.
