I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Total Men’s Primary Care. I had blood drawn on July 9, and as of July 30 three weeks later I still have not received my results. For the past several days, I have repeatedly called asking for an explanation. The responses were vague and unhelpful. I was simply told that an email had been sent and that we needed to wait, but nobody could explain what we were waiting for or when the issue would be resolved. They ordered incorrect tests, I had to call them about the results, when they pulled the results they hadn’t even looked at them, and they never let me spoke with the primary care professional. Terrible experience and I won’t be back.
