Everyone was polite. Check in was quick as well. Didn't have to wait long to get seen.
I felt love from the whole team. It started from the front desk to the nurse and all the way to Audrey! I was treated with nothing but dignity, love and respect. So much care and compassion I felt from the beginning to the end. I will continue to come back and tell my family and friend's about this lovely place! Thank you all at Total because every one of you made me feel like I'm going to beat this health battle I have ahead of me!!!
Excellent experience at Total Primary Care. My provider was patient, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about my concerns. They took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and made sure I understood the next steps before I left. Scheduling was easy, the front desk staff was very helpful, and the office itself was clean and welcoming. It’s rare to find a primary care practice that treats patients like people instead of chart numbers. Highly recommend.
