I love Dr Anthony. I have been seeing him for years. Wouldnt think of leaving his care. Are they a bit long in the wait, yes, but he also spends a lot of time with me discussing my care. He has spent as much as 30 minutes plus with me when there is something that needs to be explained or followed up on. If it is something he can not manage, he sends me to specialists. I have never been disappointed with any of the specialists he has sent me to.
Love my Dr.. she's very thorough and listens without rushing my appointment. Wait times lag a little and office personnel needs work but my overall care is great!
They over book and don't send your scripts to pharmacies until after hours
After years of chronic pain in my synovial joints, Dr. Wright offered me an explanation and solution. After being given a diagnosis on my mental health that I didn't think quite fit, she gave me answers that fit. Good dr. The staff sucks. They are very unprofessional.
I've been going to this doctor for over two years. At first it was amazing then slowly customer service declined. They are rude, put you on long hold times, don't call in prescriptions (3x) they have done this to me. Went to see the doctor on Tuesday after waiting over an hour after my appointment time they told me they he was over 2 hours past schedule and I would need to reschedule. Good Drs but the staff is unprofessional and inept. Scheduling is a mess, they repeatedly fail to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, you wait for hours while the lab techs try to figure out what blood test they are supposed to run. It's to bad because I like the doctor but I won't go back.
