I was notified of my upcoming appointment online. I was able to confirm my appointment online. I didn't have to wait, my appointment was promptly handled. Dr. Pogo was very curteous and professional. Carol kept me at ease through the whole procedure, and Chris just loves to take my money and see me come back.
The dentists and staff are very efficient, capable, and caring. I would highly recommend this dental office.
Have been very satisfied with all aspects of Niles Dental Center; appointments are easy to get, service is great and the quality of dental care by Dr Roger is terrific. He is the first dentist I have been to that explains my options for both procedures and cost and lets me choose. His work is excellent and his concern for my well being is very sincere. Highly recommend.
I actually enjoyd my visit to the dentist. The staff was happy and friendly. Dr. Pogo was very patient with me and I appreciated his attention and answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend Niles Dental to anyone who needed any dental work.
I've never expected to have a root canal and no pain... (just mentioned to your friends that you will have a root canal done, and everybody will be very sympathetic... :)) The doctor was very gentle and asked me like every 5 minutes if I am OK...when I was about to fall asleep entirely, not only my mouth... Great personnel, great services!
