I am deeply frustrated with my recent experience at Total Health Dental Care. Despite several reminders for my routine cleaning at their 909 Hyde Street location, I arrived to find the office permanently closed, without any prior notification. This not only cost me in Uber fees but also wasted my time off from work. To make matters worse, the nearest available office is in Oakland, which is inconveniently far. Showed up for my appointment and they were closed. They called 3 days later and said the had canceled (with no notice) and wanted to reschedule. Totally unprofessional.
Dr. Jorna did not listen to my concerns and was very dismissive. When I asked to cancel an appointment due to catching COVID, the office insisted that I pay a cancellation fee. I’m glad that others have had positive experiences, but I did not.
Austin was helping me with my cleaning. Quick and very knowledgeable in dentistry. I recommend this office
Amazing customer service! Shout out to Sean he’s been very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr.Tran is awesome! He explained all the things thats needed to be done which I appreciate. Definitely coming back again. I found the dentist I have been looking for. They will take care of you here.
