Total Health Care is a joke! Downright, ghetto bulls**t! I've been to a few locations now seeking quality, professional health services, but the standard is . . . among the worse I've seen or experienced in a lifetime. Maybe this is why the agency lacks a formal accreditation from an agency overseeing its operations and practices such as Joint Commission. THC is by far one of the Worse clinics out there. This clinic, the whole THC cooperation, is very disorganized, rude, and unhelpful. They always late on appts they set up. This company doctors are very impersonal, never calls back. The doctors never contact you about lab results. It's just a terrible clinic overall. I would not recommend to anyone.
