I've been trying to set an appointment for myself for 3months but after 5mins the line disconnects I'm pregnant and needs to see a dr but can't cause no one answers the phone and when I do get in the wait time is a mess
RecommendedI went in as a walk in I got there at 11am and they w ed re so nice, I didn't even have to wait. It was my first time there so I sat down to fill out paperwork and I got my name and address before I was called back. saw the nurse, took xrays, then finished my paperwork and as soon as I was done the doc was there. had a tooth removed later that day, I came back at 2 to have her remove it, I was sent right back she was gentle and made sure it didn't hurt. needless to say I have another appt. here
my friend goes there she has been waiting for two days to get her blood pressure meds,she has been waiting for her dr to send an authorization she went on 10/20/19 waited 3 hours still never got it so she left she went back on 10/22/19 and waited another 3hours they keep telling her give us a couple more mins and still nothing they told her to come back in an hour they do this every month, I really think like my friend said they have too many people and not enough help....

I wouldn't bring an injured rat off the streets to the Total Health Care on division. They talk more than they work. Dont even THINK about trying to get an appt with the gyno. That takes 3 months. You don't get answers to your own test results. They were telling me that I got my daughter SScard wrong! Not taking the blame for their wrong info. All their customer service reps need to go back to training. Worse clinic EVER!

Why have a been sitting here almost 20 minutes just to check in? I'm now almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. 🙄😔 It never fails. Smh
I went for my ppd shot Everyone was pleasing and treated me with dignity I was in an out also received a flu shot and I hate needles but the tech.did so good I was fine Hope when I go back Friday for my ppd reading service be just as fast as last visit
