I have an appointment today at 1:15. I was 4 minutes late. I am sitting at waiting for my doctor for almost 1 hour past my appointment time. It is now 2:10 and the doctor still hasn’t came into the room. I pay too much for insurance to receive this type of service. I think this will be my last visit.
Unprofessional
I can't speak for other's experience just mines. It's always a short wait time, then greeted by some of the best nurses. Let me rewind back to the cheerful welcome from the security team. And I know some are tired, overworked and maybe unappreciated. But they do give it their best in performing their all. Just to stamp a brand to ours and their neighborhoods. "We are percent here for you, so you and yours gets the best care they need "
