Sadly, I knew this would happen. I would drive a half of hour on a Friday during rush hour to the appointment and they would refuse to treat me. I called Total Health Care for nearly 2 months for the 'dentist books would open.' Then I was given an appointment 3 months later. The individual took my insurance information and told me repeatedly that they accepted my insurance. I had a tooth extracted, the dentist hurt me too much, and I'm still in a lot of pain. I went to the clinic, and a rude Black woman told me I have to pay again to be seen. Time is bad, there's no money. The dentist should have checked if he had done a good job. I didn't go back, and I'm still in a lot of pain. This place only cares about patients with health insurance. If you don't have insurance, don't even go; you're a problem. If you go without insurance, they'll even treat you badly.
