The office .... atmosphere is pleasant. The entire staff have a lot of compassion. When you live with chronic health issues .. it's so needed. I've personally seen The Dr., and two PA's and they are doing the lords work ❤️ If you are looking for a proper medical office~this is it !!! If you're looking for something shady or for those who want to abuse their medical ... look else where! I have been to a medical facility that actually cared about me and they made me feel comfortable. I haven't seen compassion for patients and concern about care in a long time.. it really does make you feel better when someone takes the time to listen. From the beginning the first time I called. The complete process schedule a appointment, paperwork, checking in,triage , and the Dr visit and rescheduling.I felt welcome. thanks to the very nice ladies. I do highly recommend this medical facility.
I been hung up on. Told to call this person and wait I get the run around. Horrible customer service.
