Love this place. We have purchased 2 sets from here in 20 years.....old set we gave to in laws and they love it. great service and Pete is the man! Called about a warranty issue and parts were received a few days later. Keep it up Total.
Wonderful!! Came in looking for a recliner for my husband as a Christmas gift. So many options and the sales crew was so helpful. Enjoyed being able to walk around without pressure. Returned about 2 weeks later with him, ordered, and delivered the following week with my schedule. The delivery crew was quick and very polite. Thank you to the whole Total family for making this a great gift!!!
Horrible horrible service. Would never purchase any furniture at this place. The furniture is poorly made and no service after. The attack you at the door when u are buying and don't have any service after. You can never return anything after u purchase
Not happy with the new loveseat.we just got it and it's already falling apart.called service center to have it fixed and they told me cuz it wasn't 14 dy old for us to call total and let them kow i was broke I left message and so at nothing.it was fine till 3 days ago.
Excellent service and a great value. Petes the man! Cant recommend this place enough. Bought our couches their a year ago and bought a mattress and bed frame today. Super laid back environment and great selection.
Had a excellent experience-got MBR, GUEDT BR & LIVING ROOM furniture! All were Ashley and exactly what we were looking for! Salesman Nick was very pleasant and assisted us to the max! Ordered at 11:00 AM and was delivered at 4:30 the same afternoon! Delivery personnel were courteous and pleasant! Heading back this weekend for desk and entertainment center. Initial stop there was a Tuesday when they are normally closed but Nick let us in to look. Nice being the only customers in the store!

I loved my chairs for my table, but the next time I went back to buy two more chairs they discontinued them
