Just came into town to setup an apartment. Our business is branching out from the east coast and we needed to furnish a place for clients and employees to stay at. Total Furniture furnished the place the same day we placed the order! Very impressed with our salesman Pete and the entire experience. Will be back again!
Today I walked into this store with my brother and not a single person asked me if I had any questions. I am looking to purchase a living room set and mattress and my brother is looking for furniture for two rooms in his home. I spent about 20 minutes in the store and walked the entire store trying out furniture. I even heard another customer recite their social security number to a sales associate. Very unprofessional!
